INGREDIENTS
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Slice of 100% Whole Grain Bread
- Onion and Garlic Powder
- Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Layer 1: Toast your bread of choice
- Layer 2: Mash 1/2 avocado in a bowl and mix in onion powder, garlic powder and pepper
- Layer 3: Poached Egg
- Bring a pot of water to a boil
- Gently place the egg into the water (you can use a large spoon to place it in)
- Turn down the heat and let egg cook for a little less than 5 minutes
- Use your large spoon to grab the poached egg
- Join all layers and enjoy!
